Recommendation on the appeal

 

1. Using polite language
2. Statement to be given in the appeal

   1) Particulars and details of the appellant; comprising
       - Name and family name, address or such other place of contact and telephone number
       - Date of filing the appeal
   2) Particulars and details of the State agency and the act of violation of law of such State agency
       - Title of the State agency
       - Facts or behaviour of the State agency or the order of such State agency which is the cause of the appeal. In filing an appeal,

          it should be clear that there is a case where an information no-disclosure arises or an objection to the information disclosure

          has been made or the personal information is not altered or deleted as requested.
       - Explicit particulars and details of the information which is the cause of appeal which the appellant had made a request to inspect

          or the information where the appellant, as an interested party, had made an objection or the information which the appellant

          wishes it to be altered or deleted. Moreover, the title and the number/ date of the documents referred to must also be

          prescribed in the appeal.
   3) Any supporting documents (if any)

        Should there be any supporting documents such as the request for the information, an objection to disclose information, such documents must be attached (if any). If the appellant had attached these documents to the appeal, it would be helpful for the Board in considering the appeal in due course.
3. Avoid using any language referring to any third party in the appeal.
