1. Right to appeal under Section 18 of the Act
    1) The State agency denies the disclosure of information as requested for inspection, for copy or for copy with the

         certification of correct copy
    2) The State agency dismisses the objection against the disclosure of the information of the interested person.

2. Right to appeal under Section 25 of the Act in the case where the State agency fails to correct, alter or delete the

   personal information
    1) The interested person shall have the right to appeal to the Board
    2) Such appeal shall be made in writing and filed with the President of the Board. The copies of the evidence shall be

        attached to such appeal
    3) The appeal must be submitted to the President of the Board at the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister

        at the Government House, Dusit District, BKK 10300.
    4) The filing of the appeal is free-of-charge.
