Right of Complaint

 

1. Complaint under Section 13: If any person who considers that a State agency


     1) fails to publish the information under Sections 7 and 23 (3) in the Royal Gazette
     2) fails to make the information available for public inspection under Section 9
     3) delays in performing its duties in providing information or omits its duties
     4) violates or fails to comply with this Act
     5) violates or fails to comply with the resolutions of the Council of Ministers.

2. Complaint under Section 33 in the event that the State agency denies that there is such information as requested

   but the person so requesting does not believe that it is true.
     1) He may ledge the complaint with the Board according to Section 13 of the Act
     2) The complaint shall be made in writing and may be lodged with the President of the Board or the Director of the Office,

         the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister at the Government House, Dusit District, BKK 10300.

         The complaint letter must specify the contact number of the complaint lodger.
     3) The lodgement of the complaint is free-of-charge.
