Right to object the disclosure of information of the interested person

 

 

- A person shall have the right to object the disclosure any information that may affect the interest of such person whereby such objection must be made in writing and submitted to the responsible State official within 15 days from the date of receipt of such notification.

 

- In the event that the relevant State official issues an order not to admit the objection of such person, he/ she may appeal to the Tribunal within 15 days from the date of receipt of such notification.
