   The law requires that the State agency shall have to notify the information owner immediately once his personal information has been remitted anywhere. This shall result in the public knowledge of such information, unless such information is used in a regular manner.

 

 Disclosure of personal information

   Unless a prior written consent of the owner of the personal information is obtained, the State agency having such personal information in their control may disclose such personal information, except for the disclosure of such information under the Act. For example, the disclosure of information by the State official within their own agency for their own internal, such personal information is necessary for the protection of life or for the prevention of any harm to the life or health of such person.
